ORDERING

You may place orders via sales or by calling us at our studio 719.494.1405. Glass Art listed for sale are one of a kind, so there is only one in stock. Glass pieces are ready for immediate shipment, however, stained glass windows require special preparation for shipment, which can take 24 - 72 hours. Photographs are limited to those in a series and take 2 - 3 weeks to prepare before they will ship.

All Colorado residents will be charged Colorado State Sales Tax.

PAYMENT

We accept VISA and Mastercard. Personal checks are accepted, however, the item ordered will not ship until your check has cleared, which can take up to 15 days. Payment arrangements are made at the time an order is placed.

SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for shipping and insurance. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipment.

RETURNS
Upon receipt of the art work you have ordered from us, you have a 48-hour approval period. If the art work does not meet your expectations, please notify us within that time.

Items must be returned in original condition for refund within 7 days of receiving them.

Please call us at 719.494.1405 BEFORE returning items.

Customer will be responsible for shipping and insurance on any returns.

Krucoff Studios will not be responsible for articles lost or damaged in the shipping process! You must insure your package.

There will be a 5% restocking fee charged.
